Etymology

For some reason, one of the new pop-up messages on the X-box Minecraft loading screen has ".party()" in the text field. I don't know why, but it turns out that maybe someone over at the Minecraft development suite was trying to clue me in on something.

My Review

I've got two words for you: "dueling villages". Team one takes the north village; team two the south village. Then you go to war. These villages are evenly matched and sit on almost the exact same latitude 170 meters apart. This is going to be my favorite seed for quite some time.

  1. Half these coordinates are wrong. Fantastic map, but all the lapis and diamond cords are not right.

  3. You meant the villages are in the same longitude, after all one is the northern and the other is the southern, and that is determined by the latitude.

  4. Thank you, Matheus. However, you are wrong. Latitude determines north/south position on a map. This XBOX Minecraft map has east at the top (not north) and thus the villages fall on the same line of latitude.

As for David, the coords are wrong because this seed has expired. Each major update to Minecraft changes the world generator.
